CVR MLS Compensation Toolkit

In accordance with the terms of the NAR Settlement, CVR MLS has implemented several changes to standard forms, rules and regulations, and the Matrix™ platform.

As of August 6, 2024, CVR MLS no longer allows entry of cooperative compensation in the MLS. The CVR MLS Rules and Regulations have been updated to reflect this change.

Several CVR MLS standard forms, including the Purchase Agreement, the Listing Agreement, and the Buyer Brokerage Agreement, have been revised to reflect these practice changes.
